The Adult and Senior Center of Saratoga is a non-profit facility that benefits members striving to maintain an independent lifestyle. Since the Center is funded primarily through grants and donations, it is essential that individuals and members of the business community keep the Center, and our seniors, a top priority when making financial contributions. Donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. Here are some of the ways you or your business can give back to those who have given so much to us.
Individual Donations
If you wish to make a financial gift, please use the button on the right. Gifts of all levels are appreciated. We participate in matching gift programs, SEFA and the United Way. Donations are also accepted for our scholarship fund which benefits less fortunate seniors; please call the Center for more information. If you wish to donate a specific item, please call to confirm our needs at this time.
We respect your privacy and use the trusted and reputable PayPal service to process your application and payment by credit card.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Newsletter Advertising
Our monthly newsletter is the main resource members use to find out what’s happening at the Center. Over 1,000 copies are sent to members plus 700 additional copies are distributed to housing sites and public locations frequented by seniors.
Monthly “Chef” Dinners
Chefs from local restaurants prepare a multi-course dinner with live entertainment, for only $10 per person or $15 per couple. Chefs can promote their establishment to 100 active adults. Sponsors cover food costs, and community and student volunteers serve up this popular feast.
Featured Advertiser of the Month
Insert an 8 1/2″ x 11″ flyer in 1,700 newsletters PLUS be the sponsor of the monthly dinner. This provides exposure to all members as well as the opportunity to interact with our dinner guests face to face.
Website Advertising
The newly designed Center website is a resource for current and potential members as well as families looking to socialize their aging parents. Users can browse our calendar of events, membership information and volunteer opportunities in a user friendly format. Our population is the largest growing demographic for computer usage so exposure is rapidly growing.
Presidents Club
The President’s Club is comprised members of the community wishing to support the activities and educational programs we offer. Donations can be made by an individual, family or in memory of a loved one.
Health Fair
Health care and related vendors participate in a day-long event, providing information, clinics and face to face interviews with this target audience. Vendors can collect names, perform screenings and demonstrate products.
Annual Fundraiser: “Music, Models, Mingling & More!”
Our biggest fundraising effort! This signature event draws over 250 people and features an upscale evening of music, food as well as a themed program designed to increase awareness and funding for the Center. The fundraiser is heavily promoted to the entire community and has major event and media underwriters.
