The Adult and Senior Center of Saratoga Springs, a non-residential community center, serves over 1,300 members by providing a fun and nurturing social environment with support services and programs tailored to adults and seniors. The facility is located in the heart of downtown Saratoga and serves as a community hub where seniors can get help and maintain an independent lifestyle by making new friends, sharing a meal, taking a healthy living class or learning a new skill. The social interaction provided by these programs is essential to the physical and mental health of the seniors in our community.
